You hear a lot from people about "this food has got this in it" and "that food has got this in it" and more often than not it's some sort of bad shit. So, what do you do? You go ahead and start eating healthier foods, maybe lifting some weights, bada bing bada boom, you're a health nut. But how much of the shit you're now eating is really all that great for you? Listen, i'm not here to lecture you about what not to eat, after all, my diet is mainly chocolate and scotch in one form or another, but just for kicks, here are a few foods that maybe aren't as particularly 'healthy' as some people might think.

Mojito is the definition of a good pup. In these fairly grim times, we could all use some cheering via awesome dogs and their awesome Instagram accounts. Enter Mojito. You see, Mojito is such a good dog, that she gets a toy every time her mom goes to the store. She has amassed quite the collection and has a habit of taking a different toy to bed every single night. It's a sad state in the world when someone thinks it's funny to vandalize church statues, but there's a church in Sudbury, Ontario that keeps on having one of it's statues vandalized. Standing on the grounds of Ste. Anne des Pins church for 10 years, it's become a target. Over the past few years, this statue of Mary and Jesus has had the head of the baby knocked off. Usually they find the head nearby and then try to reattach it with cement and whatnot. A year ago, the head actually went missing and the statue's been headless ever since. Recently a local artist offered to replace the head for free. With this.

Posted: 28 Oct 2016 01:00 PM PDT

Edward Teach Active: 1716–1718 The legend himself: Blackbeard. He ran one of the most feared ships of pirate history: The Queen Anne's Revenge. Every time he stepped onto another ship to battle, he came dressed in all black, with a massive black hat, pistols strapped to his chest, and slow burning fuses in his hair and beard. He was eventually captured by two Royal Navy ships. His head was cut off as proof of his capture and his body was thrown overboard. Legend has it that his body swam around the vessel three times before sinking into a watery grave.
