For those '80s babies like myself, you'll remember a time when VHS tapes were king and nothing was more powerful than those iconic movie covers that lined the shelves at your local video rental store. Yes, I'm getting old. But one fan of the old VHS covers cleverly decided to take movies from present day and give them the nostalgic look from our youth. Steelberg featured the collection of 1980s style VHS cover art for modern TV shows and movies, and you can see them all on his Instagram and Facebook accounts.

A lot's been said about the athletes' quarters in Rio for the Olympics regarding their condition, suitability, etc... and regretfully, that's outside of the control of each country. What we can control, however, is our little piece of Canadiana that is called Canada Olympic House. A place for friends and family of athletes (as well as the athletes themselves), it's a repurposed athletics centre that's chock full of everything a Canadian could need in Rio.

Life can be a son of a bitch sometimes, it can chew you up and spit you out without any remorse. A feeling that is hard to escape when Monday rolls around. That's why these life lessons from ancient Greek Philosopher Aristotle will leave you realizing that there is so much more to life when it comes to willing yourself out of the gutter. I have to admit, after putting this gallery together, I actually apologized to someone who had pissed me off earlier in the day. No doubt the worst part of working in the service industry is having to deal with shitty people. Some of them are rude or cheap, which is bad to begin with, but then there are the customers that are just too drunk to handle. Think of these as a reminder to never be that guy.
