The Leprechaun Bandit Barry Cuff, otherwise known as the leprechaun bandit was arrested in in 1997 and sentenced to 17 years in the slammer. Why? The dude stole a total of $700,000 in between 84-97, and he did it dressed like a modern day leprechaun.
