When you think of activities that generally have to to with the 12 days of christmas, what comes to mind? For some it's pipers piping, lords leaping, five golden rings and that partridge chilling in his tree. For others, it's going around to to family, or singing christmas carols and doing some crazy last minute shopping. Chances are there's been one or two occasions where you've either been smack dab in between pay checks and eating PB&J Sandwiches and can't afford to fill up your tank, or you're in the middle of nowhere, stupidly and intentionally passing the only rest station for miles, a few clicks back and your dreaded fuel light turns on. What do you do? Panic, cry and prepare to be stranded, hoping you left some food in the car somewhere and a blanket, or do you push your car as far as it goes, riding those precious fumes until you find a station, with uncertainty as your shotgun rider. Well, you don't need to worry any more. Your Mechanic, a car repair and maintenance company, recently shared a chart in a blog post, outlining exactly what's going to happen to your car if you try to squeeze out every drop before hitting the gas station, and how many miles you have between the light clicking on and your car dying.
